Description

Powertrain Product Features Requirements Definition & Development Engineer - Assist in the requirements definition for present & future powertrain electrical/electronic systems features.  Interface with Vehicle Core & Powertrain Electrical areas to create vehicle functional specifications documentation for powertrain electrical sub-systems and features.  Collect interface requirements for sub-system & feature interaction documentation.

Qualifications

Mimimum 2-3 years electrical system development experience. Knowledge of CAN based communications based vehicle electical systems. Knowledge of DOORS requirements definition application is a strong plus. Self starting, motivated individual that will significantly contribute to the goals of the powertrain engineering team. Strong personal computer and MS office applications skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required along with strong interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of vehicle engine and transmission systems. BSEE Required.
