Trillium Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturer who is looking for Production Supervisors for a company in the Belding Area.   

Responsibilities include:
*Training associates
*Planning, assigning, and directing   work
*Appraising performance
*Rewarding and disciplining associates *Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units.

Qualifications

Requirements:

BA from a 4 year college or 1-2 years related experience
Composites experience preferred
Good safety record
Microsoft Office Excel- Intermediate proficiency
Microsoft Office Word - Intermediate proficiency
Microsoft Office Outlook-
Intermediate proficiency
Numerical Reasoning & Ability
Professional verbal communication skills
Professional written communication skills
