Full-time Sales Representative - base plus commission - selling Trillium Staffing Services in the Bradley-Bourbonnais, Kankakee area and beyond! Candidate must have previous outside sales experience, ability to gain appointments with clients and prospects and make cold calls in person and by phone.  Lots of income potential with this position! Base salary of $24,000 with commissions on new business!  Previous recruiting experience or work in the staffing industry is a plus! Great communication, phone, customer service, and computer skills a must! Other duties will include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and placing candidates at our client locations. Lots of independence with this position! If you have high speed broadband internet, you can work from home to set your appointments and record your activities in our staffing software. Previous outside sales experience
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Ability to prospect and cold call
Great grammar and pleasant phone voice
Ability to use proper phone and email etiquette
Strong customer service skills
Good Microsoft Office skills including Word
Good data entry and attention to detail
Former interviewing and hiring skills a plus!
