Qualifications
Automotive engineering experience is a must; must have worked in design, development, testing, and release of automotive components and systems. Comprehensive understanding of the vehicular development process, and thorough awareness of advanced electrified / hybrid technology. Must have an Engineering degree; an MBA is desirable. Strong presentation skills. Clear and pragmatic thinker with a cross-functional engineering and operations background. Lean operations experience. Extensive Project Management experience. Financial and Accounting experience. Exceptional customer interface skills. Strong MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
