Description

Certified Housing Counselor: Processes various loans and / or grants for property improvement.  Responsible for conducting homebuyer education workshops, housing, and credit counseling.  This position will be FT for 1-2 years / PT for final 3rd year, or as funds decrease for program.  See description.

Qualifications

Knowledge of HUD, CDBG, and HOME regulations and city policies.  Must be a certified Housing Counselor.  Must apply by end of business day of April 15, 2010.
