Plumbing Technician - Immediate opening in South Bend, IN area!
* Basic plumbing knowledge up to and including PHCC course completion-and the ability to provide proof of course completion as well as Indiana Plumbing License (with proof) is a requirement. The maintenance technician is responsible under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager or Site Manager for all phases of general repair maintenance, physical condition of the property and the preventative maintenance programs of the property; to the end that the property is maintained at all time in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.  Must also have a clean driving record and own transportation from job site to job site with appropriate and acceptable automobile insurance. 

Qualifications
