Brief Description
Construction Labor will be responsible for job site / builiding clean up. Unload trucks of construction materials, etc.
Detailed Description
Construction Laborers will be responsible for the following tasks:
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Clean and prepare construction building/site for occupancy.
- Load, unload, identify, and distribute building materials to the appropriate locations.
- Assisting skilled craftworkers and tradespersons in performing advanced tasks.
- Spray materials such as water through hoses to clean surfaces.
- Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes.
- Must be willing to clean newly constructed building, clean windows, floors, etc.
- Other assigned tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
- Men and/or Women are encouraged to apply! - Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Previous construction labor experience a PLUS.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Must be willing to work both inside and outside on the job in various weather conditions.
- Must be hard working and have the drive and determination to complete the task at hand.
- Must be dependable and willing to complete the project at hand from start to finish.
- Ability to follow directions and instructions of superintendent.
- Essential skills include: excellent organization and time management with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Other Requirements:
- No Felony convictions in the past 5 years. (50 state background check required)
- Only Authorized Workers Eligible to work in the United States.
- No Outstanding Warrants.
- Valid Drivers LicenseState or Govt. Issued ID and Valid Social Security Card Required.
- No DUI’s or DWI in the past 3 years.
- Criminal Background Check is required.
Tools Required:
- Hardhat, Work Boots, Safety Glasses, Gloves & Reflective Safety Vest Required.
