2 positions - Sales & Distribution Process Leader.
Detailed Description
Propose, develop business case for approval, plan and execute productivity improvement and process enhancement projects. Responsible for working with service delivery teams and business counterparts to ensure timely delivery of business process changes integrated with systems solutions. Ensure consistency of processes across business units to maintain consistency and manage introduction of both innovations and continuous improvements. Organize and lead workshops to design processes along with operational staff and other cross-functional experts. Document process, business requirements and participate in evaluation of technical options.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in the spare parts sales and distribution business. 3+ years of experience working in discreet and/or repetitive manufacturing environment. Direct experience on supply chain activities including forecasting, supply planning, manufacturing/production planning, purchasing, supplier management and transportation planning. Distribution center operations experience is desirable. Experience with detailed process blueprinting and subsequent implementation of processes above. SAP-specific experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the necessary master data management to support the sales and distribution areas of ERP and manufacturing systems.
