Plant Manager.  We are looking for a manufacturing professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in an industrial setting.  Qualified candidates will also have 5-10 years of management experience up to or beyond Plant Management.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Business Management, Operations Management or related field.  15+ years of progressive experience in an industrial setting with a proven track record of managing continuous improvement, revenue growth, and low employee turnover.  Manufacturing experience is a must.  Paper Manufacturing is a definite plus.
