Construction Coordinator

Responsibilities:  Qualified individual will be responsible for the following:

* Submitting information to subcontractors as required. 
* Reviewing specifications, drawings and related documents to ensure cost estimate accuracy. 
* Implementing and coordinating active projects through conversations with customers, field crews and the company.
* Occasionally visiting proposed construction site for evaluation prior to bid for verification. 

Requirements:  Qualified candidate must possess knowledge in the construction field with the ability to read site plans and blueprints.  Telecommunications experience is a plus but not required. Project management experience is preferred, but not required.  Candidate must be analytical with creative problem solving capabilities.  Outstanding organizational skills, along with the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects, and experience with Microsoft Windows are a must.  Successful candidates must contribute to team effort by communicating well with others, and must be able to maintain a safe working environment at all times. This is a permanent position in near Sioux City, IA. 
This is a lower level position but offers potential for professional growth and wage increases.
