Quality Assurance Professional or inspector in a machine shop..

Description

Quality Assurance.  The preferred candidate will have great written and oral communication skills (internally and externally).  We are also seeking someone who can work with machinists, welders, fabricators, project managers, and customers. They will be checking tolerance using various measuring tools including the use of CMM machines. They will be calibrating tooling in the shop and making reports.

Qualifications

Preferred person will understand ISO procedures and will be able to inspect parts in a job shop environment.  We are also looking for someone who understands geometric tolerances.  Knows how to use CMM Machines and able to monitor measuring devices, and oversee gage calibration.
