Planning Manager-Qatar/UAE                                                                       SUMMARY
The Planning Manager Responsibilities include researching, coordinating, and implementing plans and schedules in compliance with customer(s) needs; understanding technical construction practices and total building process from inception and scope development through permitting, construction, and post-occupancy evaluation. 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
* At least ten years relevant experience.
* Good command of English

CREDENTIALS AND/OR SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Experience in project engineering, field supervision or purchasing
* Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices.
* Conceptual ability to work with minimum information.
* Exceptional oral and written skills required.
* Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs.
* Knowledge of Primavera scheduling
