Country Cost Control Manager-Afghanistan                                             SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Country Cost Control Manager will develop and support the cost control and reporting activities for multiple scopes of work under Contrack International, Inc.  The ideal candidate reports to the Country Manager and will work with the functional managers, supply chain management, operations, and others managing compliance and cost reporting, contracts, procurement and company procedures. 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*BS, Engineering or Construction Management.
*10 years experience, including substantial cost engineering experience with general and US government contracts

CREDENTIALS AND/OR SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Knowledge of fundamental business practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Primavera and Timberline desired
* Ability to work independently and analyze information effectively
* Experience managing other professionals in the cost control field
* Background in estimating, finance, and scheduling is a plus
