Estimating Manager                                                                                     SUMMARY
The Estimation Manager oversees the estimation process for budget and bidding purposes.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering, construction management, or building construction
* 10 years estimating experience

CREDENTIALS AND/OR SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Experience in project engineering, field supervision or purchasing
* Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices
* International estimating experience
* US Government Projects experience
* Exceptional oral and written skills
* Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs
* Knowledge of RIB Estimating System, Primavera Scheduling, or other similar software is desirable
