Detailed Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Full on-site responsibility for completion of fast track 2.4 billion project; manages planning, resource allocation, budget/fiscal, subcontract and contract administration, and business development.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Engineering or Construction Management degree
* Over 20 years construction management experience, including overseas projects
* Management exposure to projects in the billion-dollar range
* Experience in Hospital Construction highly desirable

CREDENTIALS AND/OR SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Prior PM experience in areas of subcontract management, planning, resource allocation and contract administration
* Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, managerial, communication and business development skills
* Prior experience with fiscal/budget responsibilities? and method recommendations, cost estimates, reports, etc., as required during the development and implementation phases of this project
