Senior Project Manager

Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Industrial Services Business Unit located in Des Moines, IA.

Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for profitably managing all administrative and field construction activities related to assigned projects. In addition, responsibilities will include preparing procedures and/or job progress reports, monitoring job cost & work status, preparing a project safety plan, maintaining a working relationship with owners/architects/vendors/subcontractors, creating project schedules, and change orders management.

Qualifications

An industry related college degree is highly preferred. 
7+ year’s extensive construction experience in all facets of the project.
Experience in safety/preconstruction/staff development & retention/customer interaction.
