Fire Sprinkler Design-AutoCAD experience required

Detailed Description

Fire Sprinkler DesignRequirements:

A. Proficient with the newer versions of AutoCAD and knowledge of SprinkCAD, HydraCAD and/or other fire sprinkler design software is a plus.
B. Proficient and expedient in the preparation and completion of fire sprinkler shop drawings, calculations, and submittal documents complying with NFPA Standards, Building Codes, and Project Design documents.
C. Must have 4-5 years Design experience
D. Ability to coordinate piping location with other trades, perform field surveys, and attend project meetings as required.
E. Fundamental understanding of general construction methods, practices, and terminology.
F. Possess effective written & oral communication and leadership skills
G. Must be a responsible, organized, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
H. NICET certification preferred, but not required
I. Willing to relocate to Fairfax, Virginia area
